limited storage chaotic breakfast
The room felt cramped. storage was limited. I struggled to fit my belongings anywhere! the bathroom layout seemed poorly designed. The sink was tiny and awkward. the breakfast area was chaotic and crowded during peak hours. the coffee tasted weak. It was a letdown each morning.

diverse dining nearby shops good room
The room was good (it reminded me of a haven after a long day). no need to book breakfast at the hotel. There are probably better options nearby. i noticed many indian and pakistani food shops nearby, a great convenience for diverse dining.
the decor felt a bit gaudy, and i thought some interior design in the lobby would be nice.

fantastic stay!
convenient location comfy bed polite staff delicious breakfast
I found the location very convenient. It's close to both gare du nord and gare de l'est stations. the comfy bed and air conditioning provided a cosy setting. the staff were polite and very helpful. I really appreciated their assistance. breakfast was quite delicious, with a full range of options available, including pastries and a hot section.
the room was a bit small, but it was manageable for a short stay.

The double room included extra pillows. I found this very accommodating. the heating worked well in the autumn, maintaining a comfortable temperature. the toilet was clean, contributing to a pleasant experience.

The reception staff were helpful and accommodating. This made a real difference. they even allowed me to switch rooms based on my preferences. on check-out, they gave me complimentary croissants. it was so kind of them!!!
